Each pair was shot from the same position, at the same height, in similar light — otherwise the comparison is not honest.
Front door, refinished
Stripped back, primed and sprayed in place. Hardware removed rather than masked around, so there is no ridge at the edge of the escutcheon.
Kitchen cabinets, refinished
Same boxes, same layout, same hardware. Doors and drawer fronts were finished at the shop and rehung on their original openings.
Trim, brought back
Original millwork taken back to bare timber, stained to a matched tone and finished with sprayed clear build coats.

Why every pair is shot from one spot.
A before-and-after only means something if the camera did not move. Shift the angle or the light between the two shots and you can make almost any job look like a transformation.
We mark where we stood before starting, and shoot the after from the same mark with the same framing. It is a small discipline, and it is the difference between showing you the work and selling you an impression of it.
