Privacy policy
What we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.
Last updated: August 1, 2026.
The short version
We collect the details you send us so we can prepare your estimate and do your work. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not send marketing email you did not ask for.
What we collect
When you submit the estimate form on this site, you choose to give us your name, phone number, email address, the type of work you are asking about and a description of your project.
When you call or email us directly, we keep whatever you tell us in the course of arranging and carrying out the work.
How the form works
This is a static website with no database. The estimate form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form service, which forwards the contents of your submission to us by email. Your submission passes through their systems in transit. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy.
Once the email reaches us it is stored in our business email account and treated as ordinary business correspondence.
Photographs you send us
The form itself does not take attachments; if you email us photographs, they are used to prepare your estimate. We will not publish a photograph of your property in our gallery, on social media or anywhere else without asking you first and getting your agreement.
What we do with it
We use your information to:
- contact you about your enquiry
- prepare and send your written estimate
- schedule and carry out agreed work
- invoice you and keep the records a business is required to keep
We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers or data brokers.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people find useful. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google a record of the pages you view, along with general information such as your approximate location and the type of device you are using.
We use it to understand how the site is being found and used. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not use it to build a profile of you as an individual, and we do not sell or share what it collects.
If you would rather not be counted, Google publishes an opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and most browsers offer a "do not track" or cookie-blocking setting that will also stop it.
Our web host keeps standard server logs, which typically record IP addresses and the pages requested. That is normal hosting infrastructure rather than something we have configured to track you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept for a reasonable period in case you come back to us, then deleted. Records relating to completed work are kept as long as we need them for warranty, tax and accounting purposes.
Asking us to delete your details
Email simon@reduxpaintmke.com and ask. We will delete what we are not legally required to keep, and tell you plainly if something has to be retained for tax or warranty reasons.
Links to other sites
Where this site links somewhere else, that site has its own privacy policy and we are not responsible for it.
Children
This site is aimed at property owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change how we handle information — for example by adding analytics — we will update this page and change the date at the top.
